This Dental Care is awesome. I was given an appointment in less than 4 hours. I was greeted upon arrival and treated excellently. Dr. Todd Vazana was very thorough and courteous and explained everything very carefully. I may make this my permanent dentist.

Very thankful to have found this place. I had been dealing with excruciating pain and needed to be seen ASAP. They are open Sundays for emergencies, and it was easy to make an appointment online. I was seen before my appointment time with very little wait, and the staff was very welcoming and kind throughout the whole process. They performed a same day wisdom tooth extraction and prices were fair as well for someone who needed to pay out of pocket. Overall great experience!

An absolutely fantastic experience. I had to go in for an emergency tooth extraction. I was nervous but the staff and doctor made me feel safe and comfortable and it was one of the best and easiest visits to the dentist I have ever had. I 10/10 recommend if you are in need of dental work 🦷✨

Could not be happier with the treatment we were given. My daughter had an accident and broke her 2 front teeth. I called and they brought us right in. The dentist was wonderful and so was the entire staff. Everyone made us feel so comfortable. They were able to fix her teeth and make this nervous, crazy mom very happy.

Great service,all the staff were courteous and friendly. I called at 7 pm and was seen at 8 pm, the same day. I got the answer that i needed, the young lady doctor who saw me was very knowledgeable and patient, she explained everything to me. Both the technician and doctor had amazing bedside manners, i had a relaxed visit, while i was in pain.

I have been trying to collect a $99 refund that was sent directly to them from my dental insurance company for an appointment on January 5. On April 24 I was told it will be sent - I am still waiting. Furthermore, I cannot reach any human who is responsible for sending this check. I have left countless phone messages and emails to no avail. What kind of fraudulent business is this? If they take care of your mouths as well as their billing, I would stay far away from this place. What a scam!!!!!

If you can avoid this place, I would suggest you do so. I had a piece of a tooth break and thought it to be very bad, which it was not. I went in early to see them for the tooth thinking they would get me in and tooth fixed asap. Well, they wanted 2,400 for the crown and would not file insurance. I guess they didn’t want to file as the insurance company would catch the excessive amount. I caught on to the operation because no other patients were there and when they presented me the estimate of 2400, that convinced me I should leave.I found a dentist within an hour that charged insurance 980 and I paid 200, not 2400. They may say, “we don’t show you as a patient of record.” I have an email from them with my X-ray I requested.Guys, get your prices right on the services.

Doctors maintain a personal relationship with you extrememely competent experts at every procedure. They explain, justify, and educate their patients about what procedure is best for their condition and take time to answer any patient questions and ensure the patient understands their condition and why they recommend their treatment plan. The staff is frienfly and follow up with your case and any administrative tasks with excellent service. In addition to handling emergency cases without delay, they provide exceptional non emergency care with convenient late and weekend hours. Any higher costs are justified by their level of service, expertise, diagnostic and treatment competence, and communication with patients beyond reproach.I highly recommend them on all levels. I have been seeing the same doctor there for more than 6 months for multiple procedures and follow ups on multiple teeth. I will continue to see them even for new conditions thst occur even when having moved out of town because of their exceptional the unique level of care they provide.

Booking an emergency appointment on very short notice can certainly raise your anxiety levels. I find everyone here to be very friendly, professional goes without saying. There is hardly any wait time - as soon as I entered the office I was immediately seen, examined and given a plan to help with recovery. A very great team to work with.

The service here is truly amazing! I came here in excrutiating pain after going to another dentist who didnt really give me much information on the details of my wisdom tooth pain I was experiencing. Everyone here, the receptionist, the doctor, and the assistant were all soo amazing. The doctor helped me see that I had a cyst behind my wisdom tooth which was causing my severe pain and was able to help me with draining the abscess to relieve my pain. The doctor treats everyone like a friend or family member and they are all super kind. Amazing work and I felt nothing during the process. I would genuinely recommend this office to anyone! Theres nothing like feeling safe being in the hands of kind medical professionals when going through a scary procedure. Thank you again to everyone who helped!

Flew into Ft.Lauderdale with a Dental emergency. Called and made an appointment. Ubered to location and received a phone call in route that the doctor had already left and they could not see me until another day. Spent $50 in uber fees to be turned away.

Being dental phobic, I was very apprehensive to call, but due to a dental emergence I did. Upon meeting the nurse and Dr. I was quickly put at ease. Every option was explained and a treatment plan made. The Dr was very skilled and gave words of comfort as she proceed. When all was done and finished, i was very happy and better yet, pain free. Job well done... 🥳

Very friendly staff. Doctor was very patient in explaining what needed to be done and the step by step procedures necessary. She finally addressed my oral issues. Very pleased with this visit.

My wife had an emergent dental issue on our first day of vacation in ,Lauderdale by the Sea, Fl. on a Sunday. We went to Emergency Dental. Making an appointment online was easy and the care and concern my wife experienced from all staff was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went for a emergency mollar extraction and the dentist and her assistant were very professional she explain to me what was going on with my mollar that it was cracked so she had to take it out piece by piece It took a little time but she did it I was under anesthesia so I didnt feel a thing. And I have fully recovered from this procedure thanks to the dentist and her assistant they did a great job thank you.Pedro Reyes

Total rip off place! Went in to get a Veneer glued back in! The Lady at the desk was very pushy and unfriendly! The Doctor tried to push me to do a X-ray to glue back an Veneer which is absolutely unnecessary! Then they would have changed me $ 350,- for a 5 minute work. I left and went somewhere else and got it done WITHOUT an X-Ray for a third of the price!

Terrible experience!!! Horrible customer service from the dentist he had no patience, empathy or seem to really care, he was very rude and in a rush. The dentist was very rough with the tooth extraction which made it painful and traumatic event. Than he drop the tooth in my mouth and almost made me choke, if i didnt sit up right away it wouldve went down my throat. Horrible experience. If you can wait for another dentist at different location, I would, paid 1500 buck just to pull two tooth out. The worst and traumatic dentist experience ever!!!! Stay away if you can!!!!! I only went because they were the only place open on Sunday for emergency dental.

Extremely pleasant experience compared to my previous experience with another dental company. I had a dental emergency around 7pm and they were able to take care of it the same day.

People! Do not go to this clinic! The service here is very subpar, the prices are outrageous, and the staff working here is of very low qualification. How do they survive? Well, they named the clinic Emergency Dental Care and are actively promoted online, and it’s a trap – almost all their clients come from online and go to this clinic only because they need to solve an emergency problem, and this clinic actively takes advantage of that. But in reality, it feels like the people working there either didn’t finish their training or are working without a license. I had to sit in the chair for 4 hours while the dental assistant tried to make a temporary crown – mine fell off, and I apparently swallowed it. She made 4 attempts to take impressions, doing it very painfully, roughly, and completely unprofessionally. When I asked her not to hurt me, she would run away for about 10 minutes each time. It was just awful... After her last escape, the whole room filled with a strong smell of marijuana. The receptionist came in every 20 minutes asking for my card to pay – and the work hadn’t even started yet. After 3 hours, I started to get upset, and they gave me another assistant. He acted more professionally, especially compared to the previous one, but the crown he made fell off the same evening, even though I didn’t eat or drink anything. The crown looked terrible, and I paid $400 for this misery. I feel like a used fool. But I wont let this go, and everyone should understand where they are going! I will write everywhere.

I was in severe pain. My dentist was closed, so I went here. I needed to have a molar removed and they were great. I would go here again.

Went in for a chipped tooth! They saw me immediately and fixed the problem. Very communicative with the process & the payment. The doctor I saw was very skilled and very patient with someone like me with dentist anxiety and fear! :)

Came to Ft.Lauderdale to visit with family and a small nagging tooth issue turned into full on dental emergency halfway through my trip. Turned out the Dr. Told me 3 things were contributing to all the acute nerve pain I was experiencing, a small tartar build up, a cavity and a cracked molar. All in my upper rear two left molars. When I walked in I was in miserable pain. I was seen quickly, x rays were taken right away and a game plan was put into place asap. He numbed me up and went to work. 3 hours later, I was pain free, all 3 issues were addresses and Dr Frank Kalafatic saved thr day. Im grateful for his expertise and now I can enjoy the rest of my vacation. I highly recommend.

I went there in November 2021 with pain during my Vacation.This place is Scam. They charge me at front in Full $ 1,900.00 for Root Canal, and they just done half job on the first day. They told me to comeback in next 2 days to Finish. When I comeback I was told that they are unable to Finish because equipment failed and half Money ($950.00) will be back on my Credit Card in next 7 Business days. I call them 1000 times and since today January 2025 they never return my money back. They always said 100 excuses like: Manager is not there, Manager call me back, bad weather, call to different Department,etc. Even when I went there in Person during my next Vacation in 2023 they refusing to pay me back my money saying that Manager is not there. I just warn all of You, this place Scam the people. Avoid this place.

Went in to have a simple cracked tooth temporarily fix and was trying to be sold a whole dental plan for pier 2500 dollars,when my own dentist would only charge me 1000Plus the don’t use gas they are a holistic pain operationNot for me. I want gas for any dental procedure

Thank god I read the reviews I was about to go in and I asked if I can get a verbal for what they charge on a root canal they couldn’t even give me a price range. It seems like they prey on people once they get there.

Went in with a sever tooth ache, the entire staff was more than welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. The Dentist is very professional and caring, she had to extract the tooth and I didn’t even know when she was finished (extremely gentle). Looks like I will be switching my Dentist, thanks again you have made a customer for life.

I went in for an emergency permanent retainer bond to be fixed and left with doing that and a deep clean and my teeth feel so much better! The dentist is super knowledgeable and kind. I’m really glad they were open on a Saturday as well and took me in very fast and made me feel cared for. Highly recommend

Highly recommend Dr. Zakher. I had a wisdom tooth that was very painful and infected and no other dentist wanted to touch it due to the risk. If it wasn’t for Dr. Zakher I would be suffering for at least another month waiting for an oral surgeon. Pleasant staff as well. The experience was quick and easy.

This is the only negative review I have ever made. I called at around 7:40pm because a filling fell out and I was looking to get it fixed quickly. They said to be there by 8, so I got in the car and left immediately. They knew I was on my way.I arrived a few minutes after 8 (around 8:02) and call them shortly after because I was locked out and could not find a way up. They refused to see me and said my appointment was at 8 and I had to be there before 8. They simply should have not scheduled me and told me to look elsewhere for help if this was their policy. Instead, I wasted an hour of my life driving there and back home. I also lost the opportunity to go anywhere else for help since it was now too late. I expect that this was caused by a miscommunication between whoever they have booking the appointments, and the actual individuals in the office.Even though they did refuse to help me, the person on the phone was patient and offered to reschedule to an appointment first thing in the morning. I appreciated her kindness - but I still felt like the rug had been pulled out from under me.

I was very happy to have found an emergency dental office opened on the weekend but this was not a good experience at all. They were unable to assist my mother who was in terrible pain, they were very short staffed, they charged my mother $99 for an X-ray that was not even taken properly by their supposed expert, the doctor was not helpful or empathetic towards my mother who was in terrible pain. I spoke with the office manager named Allison about the whole situation and she promised to provide me with a resolution but has yet to resolve the matter. The office made $99 from us and nothing was done to resolve our issue and no refund was submitted back to us. If you’re in pain and need immediate assistance, please save your money and time and go somewhere else where you will be cared for and the doctors will be empathetic towards your situation.

I’ve had the pleasure to be taken care of and treated by Calvin & I can’t quite remember the doctors name but what I can say is this was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve come across. The office is super clean & the beautiful receptionist Allison was absolutely amazingly nice & helped me understand everything I needed to. I am incredibly grateful to have met such wonderful people! Today, my wife and I decided to visit this dental clinic after discovering it through a Google search. We went early in the morning to have a tooth extraction performed. The entire experience was surprisingly smooth and devoid of any discomfort. The receptionist greeted us warmly and was exceedingly kind, which immediately put us at ease. Additionally, the dentist took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable throughout. Without a doubt, I would recommend this dentist with utmost confidence, a full 1000%.

The worst experience of any country weve ever been too. Needed a tooth extraction & booked in, so got taxi from hotel over. Explained for 2nd time that we were under pressure as we were going on a cruise. Told it was absolutely possible to have extraction & get to cruise ship. Left waiting for 40 mins, then asked if we could pay cash. When we said it would have to be card, they said their card machine was broken. After another 10 mins we asked if they could extract tooth or not & were told no as we could not pay cash. I left still in total agony & actually crying! We have done a lot of travelling & never been treated so poorly. I would absolutely NOT recommend this practice. All they cared about was money & not the fact that someone was in so much pain, Mary Magill

My whole experience was very pleasant. The receptionist is very sweet and made me feel at ease before and after the procedure. Dr. Shepard and her assistant were AWESOME!!! I had to schedule an appointment the moment I landed in FL because my filling fell out. The entire staff was absolutely amazing and really did everything to help me. I wish Dr Shepherd was my dentist back home. I get so much anxiety at these appointments and they really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I cannot say enough great things about this office.

I called today to possibly set up an emergency appointment for my wisdom tooth. I called first to see if they took my insurance... as you would any other medical facility. Obviously I would need to know that ahead of time. The person who answered the new patient line told me they would not tell me unless I came in person to the front desk with my ID... this is the ONLY place that expects you to waste your time coming there -also delay your treatment- if they dont take your insurance. I immediately called a different dentist to set up my emergency appointment. Not only did the second place I called tell me they accepted my insurance within 2 minutes of being on the call, they also squeezed me in for an appointment with no problem.My advice is to go somewhere else.

I came to visit my mom and dad in Coconut Creek. Of course an old root canal caught an infection the day prior. I am so thankful for the fast and painless procedure! I am a big old chicken when Im at the dentist but everyone made me feel like I was back home!! Thank you to all that helped me! Now I can enjoy the rest of my vacation!!

I was given an appointment quickly and for the same day. The crowns in my front top fell off of the implants After I paid the $99 I was seen by the dentist who could not help me unless I paid another $1000. I thought the $99 would have covered him at least trying to help me but it didn’t. I left the same way I arrived,

Went here for an extraction of my tooth today (5/4/2024) having severe pain was charged $99.00 for X-Rays which was okay. After X-rays doctor gave me bizarre price of $834.00 for a single tooth extraction.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to coming here, prices are outrageous and ridiculous…Your business your prices coolI just wanted to share my thoughts on my visit.. Staff was very nice Btw

An amazing experience! Doctor Spektor is wonderful and caring professional. Front desk and dental team were superb. I actually had fun having tooth surgery. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Ten thumbs up!

I paid $99 but was not allowed to use my dental insurance. I was then sent to the X-ray area, and the doctor asked me which molar was causing me pain. I told him, and without examining me or checking for infection, he instructed the technician that he need remove the tooth. The secretary then informed me that the cost of the removal would be $800.I explained that I couldnt afford to pay $800 after already paying $99. The secretary suggested that I return the next day to discuss payment options with a third-party company. Since I was in severe pain, I asked if they could prescribe me something to alleviate it. The secretary ended up prescribing me medication and taking it to the doctor for his signature.I was shocked that I had paid $99 for a secretary to write me a prescription while the doctor didnt even examine me. I wont be returning to this clinic for help, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I have never given a review, let alone 5 stars for a dentist. I get anxiety just thinking about having dental work done. But my time finally came. The entire staff here was amazing🙏🏼 They were so kind, explained everything to me, took care of my issue and didnt judge me for pretty much crying the whole visit, haha. One of the best dental visits I’ve ever had. Starting off I had to get one of my tooth’s extracted and my pain tolerance is at a 0. My doctor was so nice and patient with me anytime I felt pain she stopped to make sure there wouldn’t be and my nurse was also so patient with me she let me hold her hand and just amazing conversations and amazing service. I would definitely recommend for dental needs. Stop by and get the best jokes and service of your life!

WOW. One of the best and most efficient dentist visits I’ve EVER had. I was suffering from a toothache and I didn’t expect to make a same day appointment, get a same day evaluation, AND get my tooth pulled all in the matter of an hour. The staff was friendly and positive. The doctor (Brett Jarret)? 10 stars to him for making me feel comfortable and literally removing my tooth in 3 minutes!!!! I highly recommend. I had no insurance and they set me up with a VERY affordable payment plan. I couldn’t be happier with my visit.

My nephew had his wisdom teeth extracted without pain. The front desk people Erica and the other lady were very nice and helpful. I also like the fact that they are open 7 days a week until 9 pm. Making an appointment was very easy. Great place.👍

I had a dental emergency. Call center said they could help me.When I arrived the receptionist was not very nice, she wanted $69 upfront. And said doctor could help me. When I went into the back the same receptionist came over to tell me they wanted additional 1k !! It was a small realignment on my denture. The woman should not be in customer service!

I hate dental work but the ladies at emergency dental care were great, caring, and all around a pleasure. They were able to take me in quickly and without a problem fix my teeth and get up and ready to go to work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone ailing.

I got my wisdom tooth pulled at the Emergency Dental Care on an Easter Sunday and it was the smoothest tooth pull experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The front desk lady and the assistant were the sweetest! Dr A was such a boss, she took it out in less than 5 min, truly a professional, I’d trust her with my life. Everything was super affordable out of pocket, I’m so very grateful for this seamless experience.

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this so-called dental office. The dentist, Dr. Spektor, informed me that my tooth was infected and needed to be pulled immediately. I did not feel comfortable with the urgency of the situation as it was presented to me, coupled with the pressure of her wanting to perform this tooth pulling procedure IMMEDIATELY. I sought a second opinion from another dentist, who informed me that there is no infection, just minor gum irritation that will be resolved in a couple of days. Just as the second dentist predicted, the issue was resolved within a couple of days without a need to extract tooth.I am so happy that i did not undergo any treatment with this office, because this is the most unprofessional office without any chain of command. They have never submitted my insurance claim, and when I received documentation to submit a claim, they provided a statement of account with my name spelled incorrectly. I called, left messages and emailed multiple time to have this resolved. They dodged my calls, asked me to call later when someone is back in the office, promised to fix this, but the issue was never resolved.I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.I also confirm that correct facility was selected for this review. I notice this is your common response to most of the negative reviews here.

I so love this place. My second time going there and all the staffs were amazing, caring and gentle to me. I was nervous but they kept me relaxed and calm. Did my tooth extraction within an hr. I got an appointment immediately and since I was in severe pain I was very grateful. The office is clean and inviting and the staff is very nice. I was seen by Dr Norton and he handled my root canal efficiently and with compassion. It took a long time - 3-1/2 hours- but I was happy to have my problem resolved.The fee was reasonable and the care was kind and professional. I didn’t know what to expect and I am very pleased. For an emergency situation on a Sunday morning, this was a surprisingly good outcome. Don’t hesitate to go here.

Flew into Lauderdale for a cruise. Broke a tooth upon landing. Called emergency Dental. Got an immediate appointment. Did an extraction. Very professional and personable staff. Felt very informed and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I contemplating not coming because of some bad reviews I had read but Sunday night I was in total agony and couldn’t wait to get in to my regular office . I was able to come in at 6:30 and so glad that I did . Everyone was very nice and professional from the front desk to the doctor . I am so grateful a place like this exists and always good to have a back up office if needed. Highly recommended . Thank you to the staff !

Amazing Service.I had an emergency while I was travelling which required dental surgery. I was given an appt. within the hour. From the front desk assistants pleasant reception, to the dental assistant who helped me calm down by holding my hand, putting on spa music and helping me breath and Dr. Hany Inrahim who was very patient in waiting for me to calm down and explaining everything he was doing, the service I received was excellent all around. Thank you so much for helping me. I highly recommend this clinic.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have picked that. Initially the office was amazing and the girls were very helpful. However when it was time for me to submit my claim for reimbursement through my dental insurance, that’s when the office began to avoid my phone calls and emails. My insurance was requesting a W9 form for the doctor I visited, which was Dr. Morrison. The office will not provide that information to my insurance company. They will not give me an answer as to why and my insurance company needs that W9 form to reimburse me. After 2 visits of paying cash and them getting their money, they are not interested in providing me the documents I need. I went as far as to stop there and they made promises they didn’t follow through with. Why doesn’t a doctor have a W9 form?????

I made an enormous mistake by coming to this clinic on 01/6/2023 as a new patient to fix a missing veneer, I paid the service fee of $95 to the then Gabriela and she told me shes not allowed to give me the total price for the complete visit and that I had to wait too see the doctor for the price. No service was provided to me that day nor did I even get a chance to even see a doctor. I went back to the front to ask Gabriela for my $95 refund she tells me we dont do refunds in the office, Id have to wait to hear back from the refund department , I said ok. to this day Ive yet to hear back from that imaginary department. Ive spoke to numerous staff including the manager ALLISON and each time they all keep saying, we dont have a number for the refund department and theres nothing they can do. Today is 01/17/2024 and I still have no heard anything back from these people. Even the front desk staff told me me one time if I were you, I would just take them the clinic to court. This place is beyond unprofessional and ignorant of the lack of information they provided in assisting me. So long story short, an entire year later, I still dont have my $95 refund and Ill never get it back from this place. If I pursue legal actions against this place itll be the easiest lawsuit in history. If I could give this place negative 0 starts I would.

Their staff got me in right away. I had been in pain for over a month. The staff was so nice and they helped me with financial options. The dentist was very patient with me and my fear of dental work. I am feeling much better already❤️

I was in the worst pain and came here last week after work. Waited almost an hour to be seen. Had to pay $95.00 up front before i could even speak to the dentist.The Fee is supposed to be for X-ray and exam. My experience and conversation with the dental hygienist was pleasant. Truth is she was having issues taking the X-ray due to their equipment not taking the image correctly.What is most disappointing is my wait time in the lobby area was longer than my conversation with the dentist. dr miller came in exchanged 5 words with me and immediately suggested extracting the tooth. I left this place in more pain than when I got there. This was one of the worst pains I’ve ever been in.She used a tool to blow air in my mouth, that increased my pain level.I asked for something to help with my pain, the front desk aid was kind enough to give me something. The dentist just went on to the next person.Although I am the type to read reviews before going to a business, my pain level was beyond what I could handle so I decided to come here but left regretting it.The staff was very friendly overall. But my personal experience here was terrible.I don’t recommend this place if anybody is in excruciating dental / mouth pain.Go to your dentist or find one with better reviews…

I had a partial cracked tooth on a Saturday night so decided to visit on a Sunday morning cause it felt like an emergency. The young lady at reception was very nice and so was the dentist. After a $5,000 estimate and what seemed like a lot of unnecessary work, considering I wasn’t in any pain, I decided to go to my regular dentist. 1 day and $300 later my problem was fixed.

Loved the staff and Dr. Made me feel very comfortable and helped take care of me . I wish we lived here because I would definitely have them take over my treatment plan. I was extremely happy with them and would highly recommend.

I absolutely loved my experience! When I entered I was so nervous because I knew I waited too long to come in and take care of my teeth but Noelia welcomed me so kindly and helped me. And then Allyson walked me through my payment plan and helped me to figure out what was best for me financially. And Dr. Morrison was so kind and did such an incredible job and helped me to take care of everything I needed. I will be back FOR SURE!

A great place for emergency work ASAP... as long as you get the right staff. Ive had to go for emergency fillings and emergency root canal appointments and I can safely say a majority of the staff are caring and sweet and attentive and go the extra mile. However, Im not fond of Dr. Harrisons methodology. Had to see him for an initial emergency root canal and the level of roughness, manhandling, and disregard for my concerns of being put into pain were concerningly unprofessional. The nurse which was accompanying him that day was obviously tired, but when someone is in pain and needs to be made feel safe, being dismissive and snippy is quite odd. It was on a back molar so obviously hard to get to, but that doesnt mean you need to pull my lips so hard they split at the corner and leave me with a scab for 2 weeks and aggressively press your palm into my bottom jaw which left me with pain and teeth sensitivity for the same time. I brought this up during a followup simply to correct this for the appointment and was met with an almost sarcastic well Im sorry your experience was so horrible and just put with another doctor, which was actually a blessing. I saw Dr. A a week later and the level of care and delicacy I couldve been treated with the whole time was actually mind boggling, I thought the borderline roughhousing was just part of the procedure. Dr. A is incredible and very caring about any discomfort or concerns I had, and the team surrounding her that entire day was incredible. Very excited to finish up my work with her and get anymore work I need done with that team.

I needed to see a dentist to take care of a painful wisdom tooth during the weekend so I found this office and I am so glad I did. The woman at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me with financing options, which made my visit seamless. The dentist, Dr. Vozado was quick and efficient and took great care of me and my teeth during the procedure. My bf had a painful wisdom tooth that was basically rotted. The Dr who worked on him was the coolest dude ever. The dental assistant was attentive and nice. The front desk was a sweet lady as well. It was an emergency cause he was in so much pain but they saw him quickly. It went from an extraction to oral surgery and the Dr knew what he was doing. The next morning and my bf feels good as new. Thanks again guys, youre awesome!!

On vacation. Crown popped off Friday night at 8:00. Was replaced by 11:00 the next day. Everyone was professional and timely. I would recommend them for emergency care. I do not have any other opinions regarding long term dental care.

Went when my crown broke at first it was great got me in and reassured me that they could take care of the problem. Need a root canal and a post and they stared the root canal (found out latter they only did a part root canal). Then when they went to do the post well the equipment (UV light they could not get to work. ) then they used something else reassured me it would be fine. But it was not it broke again and when I found out when I went to another dentist what they did I called them and they said I would have to come back there But I was no longer in the area . So they pretty much said to bad to sad. Spent a lot of money for a half a**ed job. Would not recommend them. Just got to a place where I can take care of this and I will be filling a board compliant.

The extraction was a little more difficult than anticipated and Im sure my own anxieties didnt help. Amy and Dr. Jason Heideman were incredibly thorough in carrying out my treatment, not to mention that everyone from reception to the exam room had such friendly dispositions. I felt well cared for and look forward to going back for all my dental needs. Not only do they have considerably long hours of operation to meet same-day dental emergencies, they do so with the utmost care and quality! I absolutely recommend this practice!

I’ve had great experiences with this office, however went in to have a wisdom tooth extracted according to a treatment plan already set up. And DR. HARRISON refused to follow that plan and wanted to charge me almost triple the original cost discussedHarrison seems very money hungry and was not willing to help at all. This place was my god send. Needed an emergency root canal on a Sunday on my vacation and this place took me in right away and was super friendly, helpful, organized, clean and did the job very well! This place is a scam avoid at all cost I was in pain needed a root canal they charge me 50.00 deductible when no services were done just a crappy xray from machine that barely work all they want is money I went to another office close to them and was not charged anything for my exam. They also quote me over 1,200 dollars for a simple tooth extraction what a pitiful service you people are running ,I dont know how they stay in business they have no clients not one person in there office and fake reviews the real reviews are on the bottom stay away from this dump youve been warned .

The most horrible experience I’ve ever encountered.Arrived for my 10 AM appointment with a valid MetLife insurance. The receptionist was incredibly rude & completely incompetent. She was having hard time doing her job description. Charged me $30 co-pay. Then I was taken to another room, where I waited for almost an hour for the doctor to show up, that NEVER showed up.But the receptionist came back and told me that to cement a crow it would cost me an ADDITIONAL $78, on top of $30 I have paid already. I walked out. The place is a FRAUD!!!! Stay away and take your money elsewhere!!!!

Customer service at its best I was always informed about my visit for this to be my first time at EDC and yes I will officially Recommend EDC to family and friends. Its nice to have a dentist office available when in need of one 8am to 9pm toothaches can happen at anytime of the day and that happen to me and thanks to Google search EDC was in the top 3 recommended places for me.

1/8/23 Thank god they are open till 9. Went in at 7.30 pm and had severe pain they took care of my bad infection (3 teeth) and worked on the cause of it. They could have easily just gave me antibiotics and threw pain meds at me and sent me on my way. Great service, they saved us during our vacations!We were on a flight from San Francisco to Dominican Republic with layover in Fort when my son started to complain on a tooth pain which was getting worse and worse. It was Sunday early morning… I found this clinic on Internet, called them at 9:00 am, they found availability in 1 hour (!). We left the airport and rushed to this place. It turned out it was a baby tooth getting out. They pulled it out immediately and the problem was solved.I am very happy with their service and approach, they saved us!

Kind, friendly, gentle dentist when you have emergency dental issues. I was able to get same day service even though I was a new patient. Highly recommended. Does not take HMO insurance, but hours are longer than any other dental clinic in the area.

I was pleased to find this dental office had 9a-9p hours 365 days. The staff were courteous, kind and provided prompt and comprehensive care. My only criticism would be the price of treatment, but it is to be expected given the nature of the office. Highly recommend this office

This office is absolutely amazing from the staff to the Drs. I would recommend anyone with an emergency dental issue go here. They were able to get me in on a Saturday night and Dr. Jerit took the time to listen to me and all my concerns. He wasnt actually able to do the dental procedure on me but he made sure that I would be okay until I saw an oral surgeon on Monday. The MA, whos name I didnt catch was one of the sweetest women. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, even offered me a blanket incase I got cold. The receptionist Jennifer is also as sweet as they come and was incredibly helpful. I truly have nothing negative to say about this place.

Honestly the reviews that are 5 stars have to be lies. This place of business is just that - business. They are quick to charge you money without rendering or not even the guarantee of anything. Its all sales. They are witty and will catch you because it happened to me and I feel stupid for it. They are not emergency dental services to begin with because the doctors not there most days and you cannot be seen over the weekend. Yes they offer financing thru sunbit or care credit whatever but the prices do not match the services. And Im highly upset that I chose them to do business with. Whomever I can report them to, I will. And the replies they have on here to the honest 1 star reviews - especially the ones denying them even having them as patients. A very fraudulent company and I hope this review does not fall on blind eyes.

I cannot believe Im writing a good review of a dentist office. I am TERRIFIED of dentists & even with the better ones Ive seen Ive picked up on their impatience or annoyance with me, even if they did remain professional. But when a tooth suddenly goes bad & youre hysterical in pain something has to be done about it & I really lucked out blindly choosing this place.The office is glaringly white & clean, the staff is pleasant & very patient & despite being a last minute emergency the fee was surprisingly reasonable. On top of being a difficult patient in a lot of pain it seemed there were some problems in removing the tooth, yet Dr Diaz & Annika (? Sorry, I was pretty out of it) remained reassuring & compassionate. And while of course I had pain last night after the procedure, today I have remarkably little.The best thing is, despite their name they do regular care too if I understood them correctly & their hours are very accommodating. I really dont think I could say enough good things about this place.

This is a place where my Dentist office fears came true. The office had no idea of my appointment. They opened after my scheduled appointment time. I was tortured in the chair that was taped together. Not even sure if the doctor washed hands between patients. I paid my bill in full the day of service. No insurance. I am in so much agonizing pain right now it is unreal. Forcing my mouth open with their hands instead of the mouth spreader used at usual dentists offices. I was very nervous and had tears streaming down my face before I got in the room where my worst fears came true. The pain is so horrible I cant even speak right now.

Everyone was very nice in the office. The doctor and the assistant communicated clearly on what they were doing and made sure I had an idea of how certain things would feel before doing them and that made me feel comfortable and less nervous.

Provided me with immediate pain relief; the pain I experienced to get that relief is terrifying though. Lol Im a drama Queen! The healthcare workers in the office are very nice and accommodating. Great customer service skills; Im not a fan of the local anesthetic. Put me out! All in all, my dental emergency was solved because I wasnt even able to function from the pain. I was prescribed pain meds that I havent even picked up; however I feel so much better thanks to this team of professionals.

I came here with my husband & omg amazing experience! I had unbearable tooth pain & I was so happy that this place is open on Sunday’s i could not wait another day to be seen. I haven’t been to a dentist in years so I was a little nervous & embarrassed, but the office manger was so friendly & made me feel super comfortable, she helped me with my payment option which I was so thankful for! I ended up needing a root canal done. They walked me through the whole process. The dental assistant was so understanding of my situation he made sure I knew what was going to be done, very informative & such a great fun personality he had too! Dr. Ruslan Rusanov did my procedure he made sure it was a painless caring process checking on me throughout it! No more pain YAY! This doctor is the BEST!! What an amazing staff! Lets start that they do not have patients best interest in mind but their financial interest only in violation of their code of honor as a medical practice.I, Margarete Block, saw a Dr. and wanted my tooth extracted. After consulting the Dr. he stated to me and my husband that it is better to save the tooth and recommends root canal. Unfortunately, we made the decision on the professional recommendation of the Dr. that was not that professional after all. During the root canal my husband was consulted that they recommend instead of inserting the temporary filling that they wanted to move forward with the permanent filling and was ask to pay an additional $455 at that time. A credit was never given for skipping the step of inserting the temporary filling.After two weeks of healing, I should come back so that they can continue on the tooth. The end result was that during the procedure the tooth broke completely off, allegedly was to damaged and there was a hole in the tooth. A hole they should have seen in the x-ray. At the return we was ask by a Jennifer to pay for the porcelain grown procedures for that day in the amount of $1,913 for the porcelain grown. After the visit we stated our concern that we paid for the crown that the Dr. was not working on and he was surprised about the charge. Her excuse she is new and just started on Monday and needed to figure out the whole system. That day they did a temporary grown on a tooth that completely broke off and the tooth completely feel off the next day. Not only the tooth but the complete filling. When ask about how that can happen we were assured there was a pin in the tooth. They started rebuild again, this time from the outside in, in a over 4h tortures procedure where at the end something broke off again. We were explained that even the tooth has a new pin they no longer can assure if the porcelain grown will hold if we move forward with the porcelain crown as a single crown as there is no stability. They recommended to do a three tooth porcelain grown bridge and provide an estimate for an additional $4000 to make it work and left us time until July 12, 2022 to decide if we will go forward with the single crown as initial anticipated or with the three tooth bridge crown procedure. We consulted a second opinion and let the office know on July 07, 2022 that we will not move forward with any procedure. We was assured that they will give a refund but were told that a refund could not be performed at the local facility but at corporate level and it takes corporate 7 business days to refund the money. Since than each Friday passed and nothing. We also put a hold on our credit card where they now claim now all services and procedure had been provided. Surprisingly we received a phone call from a different dentist office that got my information from that office manager and the Dr. without my knowledge in violation of HIPPA laws.Request for our money and medical records via fax and email has been ignored. Stopping by the office manager I requested clearly my medical records, the description of all procedure, x rays, diagnostics that I am entitled to it by law. Instead of the requested medical records I was provided a Statement of Account presented to me as my medical records. When I told her I was not asking for a Statement of Accountant and I am not stupid I am asking for my medical records she went nasty, a bully, dishonest and unpleasant person. They refuse to give me my medical records. When we ask for the outstanding amount owned to us she now says it takes 7 weeks to process…not to refund the money but to process the refund. She claims we misunderstood it always take 7 weeks. When I reminded her why my fax and emails are not answered she starts yelling she is just an employee.They are no professionalism but scam artists.Still waiting for a refund that they made me prepay for a service that was not provided and where the work was not performed and did not installed the crown they charged upfront when the procedure was not even due yet at $1,913..... that is FRAUD!!!

Made a same day appointmentFor a broken wisdom tooth extraction. Was seen and taken care of so quickly. Was also approved for sunbit payment plans with low payments monthly. I am so happy with everything and everyone. Most of all I am finally out of pain. Than you everyone that was there today!

If I can give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I have never in my life written a review so that’s how you know how bad this is. They did a terrible job on basic crowns, had me sitting in the chair for 10 hours straight without getting up. 3 months later I still have the same crowns because of constant setbacks on their part, without even an apology. When asked for a refund, they requested even more money instead. Please save your time & money.

This is the best dentist i have ever been to. I had broke my 2 front teeth end had to go to a wedding the next day. At 6pm they took me in and gave me the best smile ever.the price was fair and i didnt even have insurances. You wont be disappoint the whole staff are warm and friendly. The care that I got here was so wonderful from the front to the back and the doctor has magical hands they also make you feel so comfortable that you dont really concentrate on the procedure.

I was charged for a procedure that was not performed back in May of 2021, after some back and forth the facility finally agreed to refund my money in June of 2021. I was told that a refund could not be performed at the local facility but that I could expect a check from corporate in the mail within 30 days. A check never arrived, Ive called them at least once a month since then to check on the status of my refund. Every time I call I am given a different story as to why and when I can expect my refund. Sometimes I am told that the manager will check with corporate and call me back, I never receive a call back. We are now nearing the end of January 2022 (1/27/22) and I still have not received my money or a firm timeline as to when I can expect my money. Two weeks ago I called and asked if I can get the number to the corporate office so that I can personally check on the status of my refund. I was given a number to an Emergency Dental Care, but the person that answered the phone said that they were not affiliated with Emergency Dental Care USA, and that this corporation has no dental offices in Florida. I called back and was given another number, but for two weeks Ive called and it just rings and goes to a voicemail with no greeting. To call my dealings with this office frustrating would be an understatement, and to call them incompetent would be me being charitable. I really feel like I am being given the run around and purposefully taken advantage of. IT DOES NOT TAKE 8 MONTHS TO PROCESS A REFUND. I really just want my refund finalized so that I can move on from this experience, and God forbid if I ever have a toothache again Ill deal with the pain until I can see my regular dentist.

Breaking a tooth less 24 hours before boarding a cruise ship was not in my plan. Now what do I do? I called Fort Lauderdale Emergency Dental Care and spoke to Amy. Being so terribly afraid of dentists didn’t help my predicament but Amy was wonderful and her calming spirit was so helpful. She forwarded the required paperwork and I actually completed it while walking through the airport! Once I arrived they were waiting on me. The procedure was only about 30 minutes. Dr. Joseph Spingarn was great. Thank you Amy. 😀

Made an appt on a Sunday. I paid for the visit and X-Rays. I needed a tooth extraction. My face was swollen and I was in pain, and this dentist took full advantage of that fact. They quoted me a price that was +100% of what the average cost is for that procedure. More than double actually,. In the middle of a pandemic no less. I would not recommend this place to a dog. They acted like it was no big deal, their interpersonal skills are sorely lacking and they shouldn’t even be in business. I went in ready and willing to pay $700 for a double tooth extraction, expecting to pay a little more because it was a Sunday. They tried to charge me closer to $1500... thanks guys, you’re a real class act.

Wow wow wow! I am a very nervous person at the dentist because of a bad experience I had a few years ago. But! Emergency Dental here made me feel so welcome and safe. I came in for an emergency I definitely just found my new non-emergency dentist too!

Super rude very over priced no respect and unprofessional the office had no AC either made you wait an hour for no reason DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Quick, painless extraction I got, I know I will feel pain afterwards but honestly didnt feel a thing when he was doing the extraction. Good place to go if you need a tooth pulled out. Also the doctor was nice and he had a good playlist on in his office.

Very friendly staff. I am very afraid of dentist but the staff and doctor made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was very easy and patient and going through everything that he was doing. I don’t like dentist but I would go back to this dentist!

Worst ever treatment in the accounting department !!!! Impossible to reach. I paid out of pocket in early October, my insurance reimbursed them on Oct 20th, AND IM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND !!! Its January 13, now. I call and the staff knows nothing and no higher up in accounting to reach out to, insane !Worst business conduct Ive ever experienced. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Oh and if they answer this with i have the wrong office I assure you I dont, I stop by every Saturday in hopes to find the money they owe me, totally rediculous.

Incredible! It was the only place that gave me an appointment within an hour on a holiday weekend. The staff were super patient (Ashley) and Dr. Vazana was very calming and explained everything that was happening.

Had an Emergency used google to find an office that was opened and taking patients. I was lucky enough to have this spot pop up in my search. I called and that first contact was great (always a plus). It continued when I arrived. The whole staff was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Just all around great service. Highly recommend this office.

Grandma was seen in Dec of 2020 and needed 3 teeth pulled on a Sunday. Well, EDC charged her $5949 to pull 3 teeth and get a temporary denture and then a permanent. After 4 MONTHS she finally got a temporary which did NOT fit so we decided to not move forward with the permanent since they could not even get the temporary right!She is owed $2703 for work Never done and after about 50 phone calls she finally got $1739 back but is still owed $924.They took advantage of an older woman in horrible pain and beyond that it took a year to get a partial refund of what was due to her.This place is the biggest money grabbing ripoff and I see that there are others with similar problems.DO NOT give them any money. We are not done fighting for this money.

They make me pay for an office visit and the work they plan to do before anything is Dione. They also made me we wait over an hour before treatment. The dentist turned out to be quite Competent but I had no idea Of her ability before I shelled out over $600.

When I had a lower wisdom tooth acting up I had a hard time finding urgent dental care until I came across Energency Dental Care. They got me in within 30 mins of my call, did the Xray, gave me a very reasonable price and pulled that stubborn tooth without a problem. They will be seeing me again!

What a wonderful group of people work here. I felt very comfortable the minute I got off the elevator. Let’s just say all the staff are polite, courteous, informative and caring. It’s a pleasure to walk out of the dental office feeling like you’ve just spent time with your best friend.

Let’s start of with this dental office should be not called an “Emergency”. Made an appointment one week before coming in where my husband tooth crown came off. When arrived we were greeted asked to sign in and Filled out what was needed and wait. 10 mins later I asked about giving the office my insurance and documents. One lady at office stated “ the lady who works the front desk went to the bank and is not back”. “ Filling in, I am new here. I don’t know anything.” Before I forget to mention, the office called just three hours earlier to confirm the appointment. Another 10 mins I asked can we speak the dentist who is here. The dentist stated “I can’t see your husband until the lady who works the front comes back from the bank.” I asked about what about our insurance and paperwork. He replied “ I don’t how to enter anything in the system. You have wait for the lady to get back.” At this point we keep waiting, 20 more mins. No one showed up, no approached us to ask if we needed anything. No professionalism. We Simply just walked out and no one stopped. Avoid don’t waste your time, with a place where apparently only one person is trained, that includes the dentist. Can’t even image what kind of service he would have done with his knowledge about this practice.

I took my son for a dental emergency and they took us immediately, the whole staff was very helpful, friendly and very nice, the doctor was very helpful and professional, would recommend it to anyone with a dental emergency.

The worst place I ever been it was rushed and expensive no toothbrushes no bottle water I’m so pissed n tbh I would’ve been better going with Groupon plus their equipment is old and water steady spraying all over me sheesh NEVER AGAIN A simple cleaning $320 less then 20 minutes X-ray $150 mannnnn they got me I feel violated also one last thing I paid $150 for the X-ray n the dentist didn’t even show me my X-rays nor went over anything concerning the X-rays bad or good news they’re up there literally robbing ppl I’m still very upset and and should be reimbursed

The dentist and staff were great!! I had to make an ER appointment during my vacation and they were quick to get me in and make me feel comfortable and at ease. Thanks to everyone there for making an unpleasant moment easier to deal with!

Let me start by saying if I could give a negative star rating I would!Still waiting for a refund of almost $900.00 that they made me prepay and never ended up doing the work back in December 2021. However they did charge my insurance for the work, so they dentist that actually did the work can not get paid now.... that is FRAUD!!! This is the shadiest company with no corporate phone or anyway to reach anybody other then the office. I have dealt with 3 managers over the past 7 months, does that say something? I am filing a small claims suit for my money!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

I had an emergency and couldn’t get to my Dentist who was closed on Saturday and so I searched for an Emergency Dentist and “Emergency Dental Care USA was opened and available to accommodate my Dental Emergency.Where can you find a Dental Office opened 9am until 9pm 7 days a week and friendly service. I received the “Royal Treatment” from the first day all the way until my very last appointment. I’m very happy and satisfied with my new smile (I had to get a “New Bridge”) I’m feeling so blessed to have stumbled up on this Emergency Dental Care USA 🇺🇸 and it’s now my new Dental/Dentist and I recommend anyone who needs a Dentist to check them out. You will not regret it or have to look any further!!!!I’m satisfied and you’ll be satisfied too!!!

I was in Florida on vacation from MA. Out of nowhere I needed a root canal. (Mind you it was a Saturday at 4:30pm) I called, they answered right away and got me in for 6pm. The pain I was in was absolutely indescribable I walked in hysterical crying in pain. The entire staff was so comforting and helpful. I’m also a nervous wreck when it comes to dental work, the dentist and his assistant , ben, was so amazing & very knowledgeable- Explained everything In detail to me that he was going to be doing (several times bc I was so scared) and made me feel 10000% confident. The front desk girl (wish I got her name) was also amazing. Came in the room to comfort me and explain things and talk to me. I would 100% recommend this place for so many reasons. I honestly could say I feel like they saved my life considering the pain I was in and no other dentalPlaces even answered their phone! I could not have lasted another 10 mins with that pain. And prices were absolutely reasonable. The office is also beautiful, brand new and so clean! Thank you so much again guys! Also, I would like to add I was a tad bit nervous bc the dentist is so young. But let me tell you, he knows his sh*t. It’s been almost a day and I’m not even sore from his work and all the drilling when In the past I have been from this same procedure.

I came for an emergency tooth extraction, the process was quick, professional, and CLEAN ! Angela the receptionist was very informative and helped me with every question I had. Dr Diaz and her dental Assistant one word...PHENOMENAL !! I recommend this place to everyone !! I don’t even think I’m ever going back to my original dentist office.. Emergency Dental in Fort Lauderdale gave me the true comfort and peace of mind that NOT ALL DENTIST OFFICES ARE THE SAME !! they are for sure NUMBER ONE ON MY LIST !!! Love you guys ❤️❤️

The Dr Vazana and staff were excellent. The doctor explained in detail what he was going to do before, during and after the procedure.

I called to ask average price of an extraction and was met by the rudest phone person ever. The attitude was uncalled for and unprofessional. If you do not enjoy the job QUIT, but dont pass your negative energy on to others

Wouldn’t give them even 1 star, it’s the worst place ever, negligent staff with a lot of discrepancies in paperwork and patients records. I had an emergency with my wisdom tooth severe pain that required extraction to be performed, on 01/03/21 had emergency office visit with X-rays taken twice (double radiation), because the dental assistant hadn’t instructed to take off the earrings and necklace, she noticed it on the image only after, and I have a very short hair, so it’s clearly visible, so she then advised to take off the earrings and took another one X-ray, medical negligence. On 01/04/21 had my wisdom tooth extracted, oral surgery with stitches performed by Dr. Diaz (they never provided me her full name in my records), not happy with the work performed, I’m not talking about complications, I mean the esthetician part of how it was done and how the stitches were put on, messed a bit with shape of my gums. Today 01/28/21 came to their to request my medical records along with X-rays for a second opinion with my other tooth and appointment scheduled with different doctor, got one X-ray only, they deleted the original 1st one that had been done with negligence without advising me to take off the earrings. There was no manager on duty, since she or he was off today, the staff at the reception refused to provide me with the full name of the doctor who actually performed my oral surgery on 01/04/21, since 1st visit was with different doctor (all records that were given to me shows his name), and the wisdom tooth extraction was performed by a different one Dr. Diaz, office staff advised to call them back some other day when their manager is at the office and could possibly assist in my matter, but it’s funny because the phones they provided and I called at before coming in today didn’t work, it sent me VM with full box and disconnected, seems only the call center for this facility works their job good, the call center is in a different location, had to chat via text message system with a very nice person Linda who originally advised me that I could come to the office and get my medical records without having an appointment scheduled, and the office staff told me the opposite when I got there, that appointment is required, seems they all are on different pages, and right hand doesn’t know what the left hand does. After having going back and forth with the wall of lack of common sense to have my medical records issued correctly and with no discrepancies, called 911, explained all the details and provided all the information to the operator, they sent Fort Lauderdale police officer, who was nice, but when he arrived he said right away that since it’s not criminal, it’s not his case and he won’t be involved, why the 911 operator didn’t explain this in advance before sending the police officer to waste the time, it was a waste of time for the police officer, and incompetence of 911 operators. While the office was there with me at the location one of the staff suddenly came up with something new that she hadn’t told me before the police officer arrived, she printed out the paper for me to fill in, something like request / consent form to release my records in order obtain all the accurate, correct details and information in regard to my medical records, before she never mentioned anything about such form, all they were telling me, I’ll need to come back when manager is at work and might be able to correct my records and have it issued properly without discrepancies. It wasn’t the last drop to my patience with this practice, I didn’t fill in any paperwork, got what I need and can use even with the discrepancies, but it’s more than enough for the other dentist to see the negligence of the medical staff at Emergency Dental Care USA located at 2161 E Commercial Blvd Ste# 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308.P. S. I’m not sure and don’t remember, so I might be wrong, but the staff I was talking to today wasn’t wearing any name tags (badges) as they are supposed to.And my apologies to the police officer involved, for his wasted time.

I had an emergency extraction with a wisdom tooth. My roots were curved so my pain was intense. The Dr. Pulled it out and I felt zero pain. I was also notified of all work that I need to do and the best payment options. 🤗

I had a very bad night last night due to a toothache,🙄 it was a very bad infection because my whole face was suddenly hurting, I consulted Mr. Google for a nearby dentist and Emergency Dental Care USA was shown, I liked that their working hours are up to 9pm and also open Saturday, so I took their number and went to work Friday in the morning thinking it might get better but NADA! So I gave them a call, they were very accommodating!!🙌 NICE and clean place 💯the staff is very knowledgeable and the doctor took excellent care of me🫠 just open wide and let him to his thing!😜the best of all is that they worked with me on the pricing as you know we are not prepared for these sudden expenses, but they gave me a reasonable fee, they also called the pharmacy to put my prescription in, and now Im in my bed waiting for the numbness to go and yes make sure you take your pain meds and antibiotics cuz is gonna hurt!! probably cuz they even put stitches on me and not for ratting anyone😆😆 So if you are in a tooth Emergency give them a try as they will help you with a smile!☺️ Much blessings my peeps may the Lord keep you healthy and smiling! 🙏💯🥰

If I could choose zero or negative stars I would. Beware this place is horrible they just want to pull your teeth and leave no other options. They make you pay upfront because most people walk out. So despicable.!

I came in for wisdom tooth pain, and Allison at the front desk was super sweet and helpful, the dental assistant was very nice also! They got me in and out very quick, would reccomend.

Went to them with 2 rotten teeth that needed to be extracted.Their price was way too high and they wouldnt extract the teeth because I was on blood thinners. They wrote 2 prescriptions for antibiotics and Tylenol 3 but my wife tried to fill the Tylenol 3 and the pharmacy wouldnt fill it because it was on the wrong paper. I called them and the receptionist was fairly rude and told me to go to another pharmacyMy wife then went to another pharmacy and they wouldnt fill it either. I asked if they could print a prescription on the correct paper and they refused. Then they wanted me to get clearance from my cardiologist and primary care physician like I have time to make phone calls at work. I will get my dental work done elsewhere

Overpriced for “different X-ray” 154$ and that’s all u going to do , no treatments, no mouth guard nothing is included , literally tell u the problem and give u the option to pay an absurd amount for ur treatment.

I had a dental crisis the day before leaving on a cruise. Emergency Dental Care was able to see me that day and fix the problem. The staff and the dentist were all friendly and professional.

This is the worst place to go. They don’t care about patients, they just want to make money. Last month I had a toothache and a cheek.They only did an X-ray for 150 dollars and could not establish a tooth that hurts.Do not recommend anyone, and the rating of 1 is very much for them, I would have put less if it was possible.

This establishment does not like to answer the phone nor is there equipment working properly. My mother went in for a procedure and the machines breakdown they charge my card even though she did not get the procedure. I have been trying to get my money back for over a month and no one seems to want to help me. I call every day and the receptionist tells me they have phone issues what establishment has phone issues for over a month. When I asked to speak to a manager she’s never in the office, highly do not recommend

Most unprofessional place Ive ever been in, the doctors hands are so shaky my girlfriend had a tooth pulled and gave her anesthesia and scratched and poked her whole mouth up, and had to reapply anesthesia 4 different times, her entire mouth is shredded and cut up everywhere with all the tools he used, there was one point where he even poked her in the lip on accident with the needle, Im speechless at the level of care these people give you. Should be shut down.

Very nice doctors that were helpful and inexpensive for a visit checkup. they directed me to a specialist that I needed and most of all they were very nice and respectful and helped me relax and not freak out and calmed me down after they told me whats going on. Thank you guys so much 😊

I was visiting from New York and cracked my implant. I was very happy to find emergency dental. They saw me within two hours and fix a tooth perfectly.

This place is HORRIBLE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF MY LIFE DEPENDS ON IT .My appointment was at 9am I got there at 8:50 no doctors were there nothing I was the only paitent in the waiting room.I waited in the front while Amy was on the phone talking in regards to new moves they would make and still had not been seen finally 10 am hits I go in the back the are taking an X-ray but have to do it multiple times VERYPAINFUL FOR ME the finally the doc decides to do the X-ray THE CRRECT WAY and tells me I have severe decay in both front teeth something I already knew I went there for them to remove it but they then say they can save the tooth by removing nerve and placing a crown on it BUT HERE IS THE CATCH I would have to pay 1100-1500 UPFRONT .Before I got there I did sunbit application was approved for 600 dollars and all I had to pay was a deposit of 125 .THAT WAS A LIE SO TECHNICALLY I WENT THERE LET THEM PLAY IN MY MOUTH THEY CAUSED ME MORE PAIN AND THEN CHARGED ME 95 dollars For an X-ray and tried to charge me 1500 upfront for the procedure.When I asked for my money back Amy told me to calm down cause all she was trying to do is help SHE REALLY WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHOLE ESTABLISHMENT UNPROFESSIONAL

Don’t go here! They charged me and my insurance for services I did not receive. You had to pay the amount before they will do anything. When I confronted them that I did not receive the service I paid for upfront, they just argued and said I did. They just did total insurance fraud and I’m going to make sure my insurance company knows. Avoid them at all costs!!

They took X-rays and told me what I needed to do, and I will be going back for extraction next . Very convenient for people who work late through the week.
